I have some pics of store interiors that I want to shrink down to HO scale. I can't seem to figure it out. Can someone help me Please? Thanks!

You need some kind of image manipulation software. I use Polyview, but there are many out there. I believe you can even do it in MS Paint but I have not used it in maybe 10 years.
