You guys may not have noticed but I've been taking quite an absence from model railroading and this website. School and many other things have taken over my life. I've also been chasing a girl and we've been dating for 3 months now :D Anyways summer is here and I'm trying to get back into model railroading again to the point where i can work on my layout atleast twice a week. I recently took a trip to Colorado via Amtrak travelling on the Capitol Limited and the California Zephyr which was the best railroading experience of my life so far! I've always wanted to travel on the ex Rio Grande Moffat Tunnel Route and go through Moffat Tunnel itsself (Mission Accomplished). I'll stop with my story there even though there is much more to it and I just wanted to say that its great to be back because you guys give me alot of inspiration as a young modeler. Welcome back, Jeff. I remember your older posts and I'm glad to see you deciding that models railroading still deserves some time in your life. If you're lucky, one of the girls you're chasing might like model trains too, or at least think they are "cute" :)
 
Thanks fellas! and how could I forget the pics! I hope you don't mind me posting a bunch here but I can do a few for now because I have tons I would like to show you guys. Another great thing is yes, the girl I was chasing who is now my girlfriend :D loves the fact that I'm into trains and she even goes railfanning with me when she can :cool:
