That's a lot of work for one guy but you pulled it off!
That sure adds a lot of depth for sure, post some photos when the layout is up against it.
 
My wife wanted to help but she seems to be a bit on the impatient side. I cannot have the feeling of being rushed when doing precise work!!

I started cutting the foam for the transition last night and this step should not take very long, maybe 2 weeks. I will have to make a bunch more trees and plan on matching the hues on the backdrop with the transition vegetation.
