I have a quick question,

ModelRailroadForums.com is a free Model Railroad Discussion Forum and photo gallery. We cover all scales and sizes of model railroads. Online since 2002, it's one of the oldest and largest model railroad forums on the web. Whether you're a master model railroader or just getting started, you'll find something of interest here.

Hello,
Sorry to bug yall, but I was just wondering if there is some kind of software that I could use to come up with custome Paint schemes.
I would try to draw but I am not an artist. Also I would like to get an idea of what a paticular paint scheme would look like before going through with it.
Well thanks for the help,
Josh.

Josh, they were discussing this a little on Model Rail Cast last week. I'd recommend what they suggested, to search for standard paint schemes from GE/EMD/Alco, ect, since they pretty much "invented" most early schemes that were later drawn from.

Try this link.

Here you can download a line drawing of a loco, and using a program like Paint, you can develop any scheme you would like.
Sorta like this one;

This was one that I did some editing on, and then came up with a high hood SD-70. The original drawing looked like this;
