Having a less expensive camara than some I'm playing around with Photoshop Elements on a few of the pictures trying to Improve them, I've done this of course strickly for my own pleasure. Still a rank amature at this yet but having fun non the Less.

Here's the before and after photo's of my 1st real project.

Before'simple shot taken at the club .

I do, though I've mostly only edited some Panorama shots... Far to large to post here though.

You can take a photo of a real sky and put it as the layer behind. Then when you delete the guys talking from the front layer the sky shines through.
I took this photo in my basement. and this one in Joe Fugate's 'garage' The sky in this one is not the Front Range but rather sitting on the beach in Seattle looking across Puget Sound at the Olympics. You can see larger images by clicking on the photos and I have a couple more similiar ones in the Gallery.

That white line is a little tricky. I think it is a halo from the blue light bending around objects. To get rid of it I usually just zoom way in and delete the light colored pixels.

im still looking for a copy of photoshop.I had a copy years ago but it was on an old computer. I loved it. lots of cool options and stuff. IMO It does take the skill out of taking pictures but you can do some really cool things with models and indoor shots.

You can get PS Elements for less than $100 and will most likely serve you just as well as the full version for several Katos less. I disagree that it takes the skill out of shooting photos, it takes careful planning to pull off a photo merge and have it look convincing.
