Hi all, I have had a problem with putting my HOn3 locomotives and cars on the track.
On my standard gauge I used a plastic rerailer ramp.
It's a bit of an overhang on the narrow gauge equipment, so you can't easily grab the trucks to rerail them...
I heard that there was a commercially made rerailer ramp available, but I haven't seen one in many years.
I then designed this:

I designed it in Fusion 360 and printed it in PLA on my Wanhao Duplicator 4S.
It works really good:

I think I'll make it available on my Shapeways store... :)

Have you considered making these rerailers for other scales? Sn3, On3, etc...

A popular rail size for Sn3 is Code 70. Could you make the re-railers to be universal for anything Code 70 and above. Since On30 is simply HO track, On30 would be one that is already covered. Are there re-railers for G Scale? I can't find much information other than what is shown at NMRA Standard S-1.2 on G Scale track F, Fn3, LS and LSn3 at the NMRA's Standards and Recommended practices. It appears that the NMRA does not recognize G as a legitimate scale. However, I've found some things the NMRA does or doesn't do to be confusing at times.
