Fred's Loco Shop Foreman

I've been looking on the British side of ebay, and found a "Class 92" electric locomotive line by Lima. Most of the ones i've found are of a collectors line, and I hate to take one of those and strip and paint it.... and even worse to have to pay the extra dollar (pound) just because it's a "limited run"

So.. does anyone know where I might be able to find 1-3 of these units without breaking the bank? Also, I'm sure there's good brands and not-so-good brands of British equipment (the toystore bachmanns vs. the bachamnn spectrum line is what I'm talking about... doesn't have to be spectrum quality, but better than the toy store... DCC convertable... and have the pulling power to run a decent train.)
