By ID, do you mean your Username? If you do then I don't think you can, you'd have to close this account and re register with the name you wish to use.
Other than that, any changes you want to make, picture, signature, passwords etc can be done by clicking on your name and then selecting what it is you want to change.

Tony. Thanks, that makes sense about Username.. But would you know how to open drafts page ? I wrote one and entered it IN drafts, but now I can't open it, to continue with it...M
