Hi everyone,
Those that are familiar with my train build thread know that I'm building train from wood.
In the end I want to add nice detail to base where train will sit on. Basically I'm after miniature clock inserts...4 of them to create something similar to clock in picture bellow.
Haven't figured out yet how it's gone be displayed standing or hanging. All I know that I need to get them 4 clock inserts, with numbers in roman style.
I'm looking for something in 1" range.... 2" would be too big.
Appreciate any help.

At the risk of sounding obvious, aren't miniature clocks known as "watches?" There are many watches with Roman numerals. You would have to dismantle them to remove the mechanism.

A couple of minutes with Google turned up this:
http://www.dhgate.com/store/product/38mm-fation-diamond-roman-numerals-watch/144214479.html

Less than $4.00 each, but you would have to do additional searching to find them in small quantities.

Maybe these would be better:
http://www.dhgate.com/store/product/leopard-print-roman-numerals-women-watch/152061613.html

They are $57 for 10 watches.

I found these by searching for 5 minutes. I'm sure you can do better!

I could make you the graphic in Photoshop of that exact clock face, and you could take it to a sign shop and they could cut you a vinyl of the clock face. You could then stick it on a face and install a watch movement behind it. Or you could make a decal. I could do that for you as well.
