My adv2 will not let me program anything on the program track. It will only program on the main. When I try to do anything the loco's just start moving. It started doing this when I tried to program my athearn bigboy w/ soundtraxx decoder. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
What I have been told is that some times the Adv2 does not have the voltage needed to write/read high end send decoders on the program track. I have run into this problem with Soundtraxx and other decoders. You can buy a power booster to fix this issue
sadly I found this out afterwords but now the issue is with quick plug and for that matter any loco I put on it.
