Hello all,
I am new to model railroading. I got started the first of the year. I am modeling in HO. I have a small 4 x 8 layout started but I am moving to a new house in a few weeks and I will have my own 15 x 30 bld. to work on my trains. I am already in love with this hobby. I only wish I had started years ago. I do look forward to getting advise from the more experienced modelers.

Well to the forum and hobby. I'm getting back into the swing of things myself and too have things I need to learn. Good luck and look forward to seeing photos of the layout(s)

I'm also relatively new to train modelling, and so only have encouragement to offer. :)

It's a hobby with a fair number of facets to explore. Planning, landscaping, track construction, rolling stock kits, structure building, bridge construction, electrical wiring, lighting, still and video photograhy... go for them all. You'll have plenty of space for a huge layout. I'm happy for you! :)
