Have Forward Motion But No Reverse (Please Ignore This, It's Resolved)

This is weird, Just fitted a decoder to the Kato GP35, and all was fine till I wired up the reverse light, now I have no light and no reverse either, is the decoder fried, I can't see any damage to it?

White front, Yellow rear and blue common, seems that there's a problem with the decoder, swapped it out for a Digitrax board and it's fine now, apart from doing my usual trick of mounting the board the wrong way round, yet again

Yeah, it's only a cheap LaisDCC decoder, not top notch I know, but for a second-hand loco, it does the job, well, usually.
