Has anyone tried Woodland Scenes coal for the plastic coal on a tender?

I have had no problems. But I would get a peek at Arizona Rock & Minerals Coal, which I like better. Yahoo/Google them. Jim

I've seen RR130's tutorial and it is done quite well. I apply my coal just like ballast using thinned white glue. An eyedropper or spray bottle for application. Jim:)

Woodland's coal I believe is actual coal and I found it to work very well.

I also selected areas for "coal piles" where loads have spilled along the right of way. I build a cone or mound out of plaster and when dry, paint it black and later a layer of white glue and I have a coal spill.

Thanks.

Greg
