Any tricks to painting Power Loc track so it looks kinda real?
Any suggestions?
I've painted E-Z Tracj by Bachmann, which is about the same thing. I painted the track and ties rail brown and wiped of the rail tops as I went along. I went back and touched up the rail web with one of Floquil's Rust paint pens. This was in preparation for ballasting the track. If you're asking how to paint the track so it looks like it's ballasted, the best thing I've seen is Krylons' Make-It Stone line. You can uses the black/white combination to get a tolerably good ballast look for background track but it won't look very convincing up front.
