I recieved an email about this show. It is scheduled for this weekend.
I have not heard of this show, but the email came from GATS. Is it the
Great American Train Show with a different name, or is it a different
show all together?

I went to the GATS last year and it was pretty good... I found some deals,
but there was some overpriced stuff as well.

I was just wondering if this is the same show. Thanks, Dave

I got a card in the mail, apperntly its in Delmar, CA (at least one is??)

Yep, G(A)ATS is in San Diego this weekend

The Great Western and Atlantic Train Show (formerly GATS) is at the Del Mar Fairgrounds (San Diego) this weekend. Hours are 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, December 3 and 4.

You can download a $2 discount ticket at http://www.gwaats.com. Parking is $8.

Anyone going? (If you see a "Lady Railfan" sweatshirt on Sunday, that's me. The Husband can't miss the Big Game tomorrow!)

Bite your tongue --- you're in SC vs UCLA country now! And that game's on local TV so TH (a UCLA alum) gets to watch it from the comfort of his own cushy armchair! :D

Claudia;
Is that Slow Celebs vs U Can't Learn Anything????:D Anything outside the SEC is not much better than flag football to us. Although I would like to see UCLA beat'em.:D:D

Carey,
You took the words right out of my mouth!:D
You see Claudia, we Southerners love our SEC. Although, I have to admit
that USC is a mean team:eek: I'm begining to believe that they can't be
beat. So, I guess you West Coasters have a pretty good football team
out there.;)

By the way, I will be on my chair tomorrow as well... the train show will still
be there Sunday. GO GATORS. Dave
