Hello Everyone,

My name is James and I am new to this forum, and I have to say, it's great! I really enjoy the images and the information that is presented here.

I recently returned to model trains after a 20 year absence. My son and I jumped right in and started building a 6.5' x 8' portable layout in HO Scale. The track is about 80% complete.

I look forward to visiting this forum often and learning a lot.

Welcome to the clan. I can't wait to see the layout you're working on. Doing it with your son is one of the best thing you can do with him. Figuring out how to solve the different problems that arrise in the construction process is one of the funnest things that my Dad and I do.
