Thanks guys for all your suggestions. When we go back I will try a few other places mentioned here.
I remember when I lived there and made a list, I realized it would take one about three weeks to see everything there. Of course back then I lived across from Union Station it had not yet been renovated (had two strings of old heavyweight passenger cars under the shed), Missouri Pacific headquarters were still there, both the Mopac and Amtrack dead rows where there, there were still model trains in the down town Wolworth's and about 14 hobby stores that had a lot of trains or were 100% trains...
