Glue for "glass"

I'll be building a Walthers kit. I think I read that some use a different glue for the "glass" than they do for the rest of the kit.

Any thoughts before I begin, folks? Thanks

This testors product works well. I use it to bond acetate "windows" to plastic. This container is several years old and still good.

I usually put a large drop on a piece of cardboard and apply it to my window with a toothpick, getting a small amount to transfer.

I've been using ZAP Canopy Glue.
My brother Curt (scale auto builder) told me about it a couple of years ago and have been using it ever since.
