Town is uphill.
Space mouse where did you get the cowboy figures on horse back, I am needing some to "round the cattle up" at the ranch to send to the livestock sale barn
I think he kitbashed a little fellow into the cowpoke you see.
I don't know if they're still in business, but Rustic Rails made two sets of white metal ridin' cowboys, one walking and one at full gallop.

You're right Doc. Check out the guy in the buckboard, the top half uses him as a base. I had an Indian I used for the rider. I added liquid nails as a putty and got him about 50% bigger than an HO guy.
I ordered from Rustic Rails this morning.

Pretty good putty job there Chip!
I used some marine putty (what I had on hand) to give Charlene that "gonna bust any minute look". Elmer's hat also is "borrowed" from a cowboy who was a mite slow on the draw.

Since you asked, here's another one.

That sherrif looks like duke in my graveyard scene.
Is that the Rustic Rails photographer?
That's Duke's twin brother Luke.
Actually the photographer was a gift from a frind from another forum. As I recall, he kitbashed it from a housepainter stepping on a ladder.
