It would be best simply to consult the latest Walthers Catalog rather than try to list all the manufacturers that offer "street scene details." As to what they include, it's a pretty long list and the following are just a few examples: mail boxes, fire hydrants, phone booths, curb drains, manhole covers, waste containers, light and telephone poles, traffic signs and signals, parking meters, garbage cans, plus sidewalk elevators. SS Ltd, alone, makes a host of others.

Life-Like by Walthers has come out with a decent line of city details of all types, from parking meters to fire hydrants. As has been suggested, bowse the Walthers scenry section using street details as the keyword. There are literally hundreds of choices in HO.
 
SS Limited made most of the street details in white metal. I believe they are still available from Walthers and Caboose Hobbies.
