Factory Direct Trains website

Greetings,
I wanted to know about the quality of service from the website Factory Direct Trains? I was thinking about ordering from them but I wanted to know if anyone has had problems with them in the past.
Any comments, good or bad, would be great.

My one order with them was amazing, took a few days to get here, as they shipped UPS ground, but otherwise they're good.

Same as Josh, shipping was a little slow but the prices are good and you can get some BLI stuff cheap.

Thanks guys, I was looking at the Paragon2 AC6000 but I like the idea of getting the free Trackmobile with the BlueLine GE AC6000CW. Not sure right now since I don't even have a place to run any trains.

I got a trackmobile from them a while back, it was easy dealing with them, the shipping prices were excellent, if a tad slow...

I have bought a few from them and I have always done the second day shipping from them and it arrived the day after I ordered. They ship to me despite it takes 4 days to clear my payment. I have recived it before my payment even cleared thru paypal. They are great. I have even talked to them on the phone a few times. I will in the future deal with only them on BLI and KATO units.

I got my first blueline thru them, a preorder unit, and it came in on the 3rd day. Had a problem with the dcc-ready-sound board in it, called BLI about it, they wanted me to send the unit to them. Called FDT about it and they express-cross-shipped a new unit from BLI to me, and had a prepaid shipping label inside to return the bad one to them. Now thats service!

i have ordered quite a bit from them. only live about 200 miles from them and get it in one or two days. i think they are great to deal with
