Ever seen an HO scale 0-6-2 saddle tank?

Apparently they were very popular on narrow gauge sugar railroads in Hawaii, as well as in use servicing the granite quarries of Barre, VT.

I've found some nice 0-6-0 saddle tanks and of course there is no shortage of 2-6-0 locos, but I can't find any evidence of an 0-6-2 excepting some oddball British OO scale vintage models.

Assuming one doesn't exist, has anyone ever added a set of trailing wheels to a loco model? :)
 
I haven't, but I don't think that it'd be that difficult. The way most of them are built, I think it would actually be fairly easy. The tough part would be getting the right axle for the job, and I don't think it would be that difficult either.
