wow there must have been a glitch or something because like the top 20 or so are all the same price.?.
 
By the looks of that auction (and his others via feedback links) he ups his price a dollar at a time. Those "glitches" are actually him raising his max bid in case someone else bids. It took him almost an hour and a half to put each of those individual bids in on that auction.

Hey, to each his own, but I ain't never seen anything like that before! :)
