I've got a digitrax drop in for my Kato SD90MAC. It's programmed to the engine number and that's it. the CV's are 4 for SV, 4 for acc, and 0 for dec, with 12 for TV.

It will turn on the light depending on the selected direction, but the loco does not move. It's got a constant buzzing when on the main track.

Using a MRC prodigy express, which I tested both the main track and test track voltage, and it meets specs........

I'm at a loss, help!
