I've been an armchair model railroader for longer than I'm willing to admit but it looks like this year I might finally start a layout. It's probably going to be the Great Northern Pacific (HO Railroad That Grows) using all Tyco equipment - including brass railed track.

Hi, Martin. I think you'll find this is the best place on the web for talking trains and friendly people. I can relate to the armchair modeler..........it's been over 20 years since I've had a layout. Hopefully that will all change this fall!
Hello and welcome aboard. I too am hoping to change the whole having a layout this year as well. I've been planning and replanning mine, but hoping to at least get started on the benchwork soon. As it has been said before, this is a great place and lots of friendly folk here to help out.
