I have a question for those of you who model CSX. I have an AC4400CW that I am going to paint as CSX #136. Is either of these sets correct. The one set says that it is for Dash-8, Dash-9 and AC Powered GEs. That seems to fit my description but the Blue looks way too dark. The blue on the other set seems to be the right color.

Thanks!

I'd say go with the 87-915. It's the only one that has the lightning stripes for AC locos. As far as the 'correct' shade of blue, the decals are for a model of a unit fresh out of the paint shop where the paint would be darker. #136 looks faded and aged in the photo, so you'll probably need to do some weathering to fade the blue after you apply the decals.

I would not put too much faith in the shade of blue in the Microscale scans on their website. I have both sets 915 and 575, and the blue is the same in both. You'll have to use some weathering to get the faded blue in the picture.

Very cool prototype BTW. The guys in the shops must have a real sense of humor to do stuff like that.
