crossing with uneven tracks

Any estimate on the speed that SUV was going?
What is the posted speed limit?
Were there any warning signs to reduce speed for the tracks?

Too damn fast.
Probably 35, judging by the size of the road, the intersection, and the nearby buildings.
Big freaking red and white striped crossing arms sticking up in the air?

I'm a speed lunatic, self admitted, and have the tickets to prove it. But this person is just a moron. Pay attention to what you're doing with that 3 ton hunk of death machine before you kill someone who actually deserves to be alive.
 
Not sure if the driver didn't see the bumps coming, or hit them at speed for kicks... looks like it pretty well botched either his front end or his neck. Hello, whiplash.
