Well that one might be, but the one in the link photo wasn't.
The driver of this one (Rennie) a friend of mine quit and became a minister sometime after I left it for the armed services (much safer). Suicide jockey is my term for operating them. These were 16 ton locos. mfg in England, and operated in places and grades where it was never meant to be.
