Cheap Spray Foam Risers - I need the info

No but thanks, I have those. Someone posted a DIY for spray foam between two pieces of hinged wood. Clamp it shut to the thickness you need and you have wide section of grade.

I think what the OP is looking for was around here somewhere but it linked to another MRR site that you had to create an account to see.
FWIW, all that other site had to offer was the screen shots. In lieu of that (these are the cliff notes) . . .

- Use two plywood type boards wider than the riser you're looking to make
- Bind the boards together with an old hinge
- Lined the bottom board with paper towel
- Spray expanding foam over the paper towel, less where the hinge is and more as you move out from the hinge
- Place more paper towel on the top of the now expanding foam
- Close the top board down so what you’ve got is, board, paper towel, foam, paper towel, board, hinged on one end and raised to your desired height on the other end
- Wait to dry (2-3 days iirc)
- Trim the waste
- Cut to size
- Done
