Campbell Scale Models instructions

Hi all, I hope everyone had a good holiday season.

I myself came home with 3 Campbell Scale Models kits that I bought 10 or 11 years ago and stashed at my mom's house. Unfortunately though the instructions and plans seem to have disappeared.

I have 2 of kit #762 HO - 70' Thru Timber Bridge and 1 of kit # 307 HO - Wharf, not the one for sale on Walthers, but the older version... it looks like this: http://tinyurl.com/yzfdw5

Does anyone have the plans for these kits? If not, how about current contact info for Campbell?

Don't know how current that is, but I last saw Leo in 2002 at the division NMRA meet, and he lives out near Cortez, last I heard, so the area code jives with this contact info I just googled.
