BNSFgenesis trinity hopper paint color matches

Last night dumped 3 of my athearn trinity hoppers to the floor at the club. Well, 1 is going to make it, another is being rebuilt with parts from the other one. Luckily its goin pretty well with the main bodies being intact, its all the A end on 1, and the B end on the other that got mashed up pretty good. So with some minor sanding in the repaired areas, should turn out AOK. Im looking for a reasonable color match to the paint. Im not looking to do it exactly, im going to airbrush weather it anyways. Ive read mineral red is a good one frm polly scale, but im unsure. Due to the area needing repaint, im just going to gently brush it versus spraying it on. Thanks guys!
 
I think mineral red should be a good match but I'd take some scrap styrene and try some boxcar red and oxide red as well. Use whatever gives you the best match. Athearn is not known for being perfectly consistent from run to run.
