Hi, Jack again from Star, Idaho. Would anyone have an idea where I could buy some BNSF SD70 or similar dummy engines? I want some multiple consists but I really don't need all the units to be powered. I would like to find them in the newer orange and black schene but orange and green would be fine. Maybe someone out there has a few that do not run but could be converted...Jack
 
Jack, you can look on e-bay for one with mechanical problems that might be selling cheap enough to convert into a dummy, but even junkers cost a fair amount. I'd rat
gher find one that runs good and has some cosmetic problems you can fix. You'll probably pay about the same price and you can never have too much power. :)
