yikes... I thought this was a sure thing. Looks like I will have to try to create one myself.
, am not sure what you're asking for.Here's The blank one from that Santa Fe Ry used. The originals were printed on card stock but paper will work fine for switching on your layout. The real ones were twice the size shown here and are the same size as an employee timetable. Good guess would be the switch lists were kept inside ETTs for safekeeping.
