Long Winded Old Fart
If anyone has a Big Lots department store in their area, they have some close to H.O. scale airplanes for $4.99. I bought a C-47 & a B-17 that has a lot of details. They make it in 2 different colors(versions). I bought the military dark green in the C-47 & the rescue version of the B-17.
The other 2 planes they have are way to big for 1/87th. My Big Lots is a former small Walmart store & has tons of toys. The ones I bought were on the top of the shelves & I had to get a ladder. Well worth the bucks.
