Best weathering book or video?


There are lots of great videos on youtube. MonsterRailRoad and 6axlepower(BrianBannan) are a few that come to mind.
 
Two books help a lot. Both by Kalmbach, "Basic Painting and Weathering" and "Done in a Day". I havent seen a lot of video's on you tube that are well done. Bits and pieces on you tube will help but it's difficult. I especially have a hard time understanding many you tubers.
