BDL168 to the PR3 without Digitrax booster

Could someone help me connect BDL168?
I have NCE Power Cab and LocoNet with PR3 -DS64-DS64.
The layout controls under JMRI.
The new BDL168 was installed without problems by the scheme "for non Digitrax Layouts".
When I tried to add the BDL168 to the LocoNet PR3-DS64 (without Digitrax Booster), PR3 switch in the condition "LocoNet not connected or in sleep state".
If the BDL168 disconnect from LocoNet, PR3 works in correct condition.
The BDL168 has the unique board address.

Since you are using the PR-3 on a loconet system without a command station, make sure that the PR-3 is setup in the loconet terminator mode. This could be causing the problem. The instructions to do this are on the instruction sheet that came with the programmer. They are also located on the Digitrax product list under Signaling and computer control.
