I have my contoured walls in place for my layout's background, and have painted them sky blue... but I am wondering what is the best method for painting on the clouds ? (Sponge, brush, spray can, air brush...)

I am not an artist, so I need some advise on the best way(s) to proceed from this point. I do not intend to add mountains/hills to my artwork, only clouds against the (plaster) hills and scenery I will have in the foreground.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated... Bob

This months ModelRailroader has a short hint at it. The one with the "Pike Sized Passenger Trains" on the cover.

I'd have no clue as I've never done any...
