Bachmann EZ Center

I will need a DCC controller in a week or so. I only need one to control 2-3 cabs at once. Bachmann also in offering DCC controlled switches......not cheep but....

I have a couple Bachmann locos (0-6-0 & Climax) and they seem well made but without a controller I've not run them. I'm a month or so away of laying track on my layout but need to do some testing before building something that my locos can't handle.
Opinions? BTDT?

I've also found an NEC power cab (0025?) starter unit (which are hard to come by) but no specs published with it.

All of these DCC systems have been discussed on this and other forums. A little time reading should answer most of your questions.
