Hi can the Atlas Qauntum Eginner Sound System be Wired too common wall outlet,Ya know splice the Wires Electric Cord.

How can I make it have Sound without hooking it too the Track What If I just Wired it too a Power Pack and Plugged it into a Wall Outlet
 
It doesn't make sound it self, it controls DCC locomotives with sound built in on a DC track instead of buying a DCC system.

If you're looking to add sound, but not use DCC, check into MRC's sounds system, it has speakers and a pile of sounds.
