I have a new F7B Athearn and it seems to roll with a little more resistance than other cars. Any one else experience this. Dont see anything rubbing. I lubbed it and its no better.
Thanks,

Thats just how the athearn dummy engines roll, the exception is the very early athearn dummy engines that have less detailed trucks, but also have needle point axles like a normal freight car. Those roll really nice and the chassis will fit your engine. I have one of these with a A unit shell on it, shoot me an email off site if your interested in it for the chassis, its cheap! The original athearn F units were sold by Globe, and this is one of them. The shell has had the dynamics removed and casting flash removed, its an undec that was painted a brass color, would make a good shell for the rip track or future custom painting. Mike
