Does anybody know where I may pick some up.

The number is the replacement floor for the (early) 40Ft series cars to lower them.
 
Sorry no help from me. Have you tried the major brick and mortar hobby stores like Train World in Brooklyn NY?

Or perhaps you could contact POLK GenerationNeXt and see if they are going to re-manufacture them.

Mate thank you. sent a message to Generation next but never heard back.

As to the Hobby shops I guess that is an option and may give some of them a go.
