I just bought a few Herpa Kenworth tractors to go with some semitrailers I scratchbuilt. I'd like to paint them in faded dark green so they won't appear so toy-like, but I can't figure out how to disassemble them to spray paint the cab. Some details will come loose, but something inside prevents me from pulling them completely off. I don't know if any of the pieces were glued together at the factory.
Can anybody tell me if there is a way to take these things apart, preferably with no damage at all, or at least no external [visible] damage?
