New track plan , new benchwork ! This time I decided to use 18" curves In the previous plans I used 15" curves. The famous foreman is ready to roll !

OMG ! I just found out that I could never reach the top left corner of my layout. I can't also change the position of the turnout. My layout is too large or my arms are too short...

I can't drill a hole in the middle of the layout because there is not enough room for that.

Like this, but with two trains you'd have to be quick switching the turnouts to avoid a collision, unless you simply have them running the two loops.

You didn't mention your curvature radius. I assume the inside curves are at least 18' in American terms?
That first plan reminded me of an actual real place:
