Yes. The 4000 is 69 feet overall and the 6000 is 76 feet overall. I think the main difference is is the length of the rear radiator overhang.
 
Plenty. As Jim said, length, the radiator overhang... Also, AC6000's have grabs on the side of the hood, not the hood end. Air tanks are set higher due to a larger fuel tank, which notches the walkway upwards on the Engineer's side.
