Because I can build a bigger benchwork (17" x 58"), I also modified my plan.

It always looks better not to have everything straight. It looks more visually appealing angled like that.

Same goes for trees. Always plant odd numbers together. 1,3,5,etc. will ALWAYS look better than planting even numbers together.

Here is a slight variation for you done with SCARM...
I threw in a road and parking lot, and corner building for interest, the road crossing would be your uncoupler.
A bridge over a creek could be added lower left if this ever became a permanent thing.
