Hi all! Took a break last night from the layout construction to repaint a new shay I got on the roster" Wanted to get this closer to the West Side shays of the past. Next step might be painting the front white, but that might be a bit trickier. Did a dry brushing method for the dirt effects...

This video shows how inappropriately high speeds can render an otherwise safe layout into a death zone. The train gradually increases in speed over a period of 3 minutes until it reaches a critical level of speed and violently crashes onto an N gauge track.
