    The 76 trombones have been replaced with 76 645 cubic inch cylinders of turbocharged EMD superpower as another coal train works its way west up Capitol Hill under approaching storm clouds. Power today is MRL 351 (SD45), 391 (F45), 303 (SD45-2) and 261 (SD 40-2XR) for an extra 13,800 hp.
