Looks like a typical work crew. 3 guys working and 5 others standing around. Almost like a highway construction site.

Today beautiful fall evening, so down to the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania i went. Three generations of "Corridor" power;

Closest to the camera is the K4, Pennsys front line passenger power for several decades. Next to it a giant E60 which was intended to replace GG1s in heavy long distance and high speed service on former Pennsy lines. Hiding behind the fence is an AEM7, European designed speedster which actually replaced the GG1s. The smoke belongs to a lowly Canadian Mogul...which although least modern, is running in tourist service on Strasburg Railroad:

That beautiful tower behind the Mogul is the Lemo tower which was standing on the west shore of Susquehanna River across from downtown Harrisburg. Lemo tower served the Low Grade line and Cumberland Valley branch where they crossed eachother at a 90° diamonds.

That's because you drive by when we're standing waiting for the next phase of the job, instead of driving by when we are in the phase of the job.

I found some foliage bits I forgot I had so I thought I’d fill a bald spot on the layout.
I added an old hand wafter pump and behind that a couple tomb stones with flowers.
Not the best pic but this will change I’m sure.

Took a little trip out to the Corridor in the morning. Place is Perryville and north bound Amtrak Sprinter is just coming off the Susquehanna River bridge:

I pulled the GP-18 out of the mothballs last week, it hadn't been run since 2013. After a few back and forths she smoothed out quite fine...

Sharp looking paint scheme. I especially liked their U25Cs in that scheme.

I did not have a layout from 2016 until 2022 when I built this one. I built many buildings and 3 dioramas in the meantime...

I guess my math was bad that was only 6 years ...

It felt like 10, though!
