Up until a few years ago, Stuffy's was a staple on the corner of 4th and Pacific in the old part of town. This was taken just before it closed. Vigo, the owner (just to right of stop sign post) decided he wanted to retire and the building was run down and not in the best neighborhood and he ended up selling it to a developer who razed the building and made a parking lot.
