Woodland Scenics - Learning Kit - Series

Hey forum people

In the last couple of weeks i built a diorama just out of the Woodland Scenics - Learning Kits.
I created a series of 8 Youtube Videos about it. In this series i will show you whats in those Learning Kits and how i built the whole diorama from scratch.

Episode 1 uses the Learning Kit "Shaper Sheet".

I did not take any fotos of the first episode (sry for that) but with the upcoming kits there will also be pictures.
the episodes will drop every monday at 1pm (CEST). i hope you like it.

I did not love this episode ahahaha, why? Well watch it and you will understand.

but here is a picture for you. and no this is not the outcome after the video this was another technique i did try, and iam way more happy with this outcome (and still not finished)

its not monday, but the last episode did drop yesterday (yesterday was monday).
In the last video we will tryout the Learning kit: "street system":

and yes thats the last video of my little series. there will be a summary video next week.
where i will talk about everything i have learned and stuff.

About 30 years or so ago, I bought a Woodland Scenics Diorama Kit at a local hobby shop..............

Best danged money I ever spent on the hobby. That's where I first learned how to build scenery. I found out how easy it really was, and have been doing it ever since. I still have that diorama, too. It doesn't take up much space, so it's easy to store on the shelf.

I highly recommend these kits to newcomers to the hobby, because just as I once was, they're totally fascinated by the scenery aspect but don't know how to go about it.

exactly this is what iam still looking for. woodland did comment on some of my videos, so i still hope i maybe can get one from them, because since iam looking for that its always sold out...
